Construction management, budget request, comparisons and execution direction. Realization of this work of retail in one of the most cozy and central streets of the city of Elche. We make the most of the budget by creating an industrial aesthetic in the premises to the liking of customers, also looking for the economic impact of this design. These works are complex because of the tight deadlines they have and the decision-making during the execution that increase its complexity.
